Appendix 4.2 - ePath Service Level Principles

ePath Support is available for all facilities transmitting cancer pathology reports to CCO.

ePath Support includes:

Technical issue resolution Change request
HL7 transmission testing Clinical content review
General inquires regarding pathology reporting standards Informing CCO of eCC update implementations or Laboratory Information System updates

 

In addition, ePath Support is available for issues, questions or concerns related to:

CAP electronic Cancer Checklist (eCC) and Biomarker content Utilization of CAP eCCs
iPortTM account creation/modification/cancellation and narrowcast subscription Synoptic or completeness rates
Turnaround Time indicator Surgical Indicators
