The Data Book is intended to provide hospitals with an integrated set of data requirements or specifications, guidelines and submission standards pertaining to Cancer, Wait Times Information System (WTIS), Ontario Renal Reporting System, Diagnostic Assessment and other programs managed by Cancer Care Ontario (CCO).
CCO's Data Book defines the clinical, operational and financial data required directly from Regional Cancer Centres (RCC's) and other healthcare delivery organizations that have entered into an agreement with CCO. Data elements specified under each chapter represent information required to support performance measurement and quality improvements for cancer, renal and wait time information systems.
