If Sunnybrook hosts an MCC and physicians from Royal Victoria attend via video-conference and present their cases, Sunnybrook would submit a record as host of the MCC and Royal Victoria would submit a record as a participant in the MCC. Each would submit under their own facility name and separate LHIN files.

Used to identify the hospital holding or participating in the MCC.
