Submission Removal

ALR Load (file/package) removal

submission_removal*.csv files can be submitted for the intended purpose of removing all activity that was submitted in a particular load ID.  The submission_removal*.csv file contains only one column, LOAD_ID, and there are two values accepted under this field, as follows:

1.      LOAD_ID = the “load ID” of the package where all activity (Clinic Visit, Systemic, Radiation) contained within, will be deleted.  Reference entity (Patient, Disease) data will remain intact, in case there were succeeding loads that utilized the data.

2.      LOAD_ID = “WIPE”, this will wipe out all data in the sandbox (temporary holding area) for all LOAD_IDs that were already submitted (including activity and reference entities), allowing the submitter to “start from scratch” for that submission period.

Examples:

The file name suffix (*) can be any text or left blank.

·        submission_removal_20210328.csv

o   load_id – 1234

§  All activity data (clinic visit, systemic, radiation) contained within the load will be deleted.

·        submission_removal_20210401.csv

o   load_id – WIPE

§  all previous loads for that submission period will be wiped out.
