ALR Data Book Physical Entity and Data Element Names

Please refer to the previous two sections on Naming Conventions for ALR Data Files and Data Selection Criteria for information on how these names should be used. Allowable values for each data element are defined in the Cancer Activity Level Reporting (ALR) chapter of the Data Book.
