Updated October 2022
The OH-CCO Drug Formulary has developed a new Regimen Taxonomy to establish standard rules in nomenclature for chemotherapy regimens to improve consistency and support evolving clinical practice.
OH-CCO will continue to accept existing codes along with the new codes until further notice.
In support of the new taxonomy, Appendix 1.22 has been updated with:
The complete list of accepted codes (original and new)
A list of NCT (National Clinical Trial) codes for entry when reporting a clinical trial regimen to OH-CCO.
Please take a moment to review the changes to Appendix 1.22 and we encourage you to begin using the new codes as soon as possible in support of improving consistency in data submission.
Updates to the systemic treatment clinical trials list are made on a quarterly basis.
