This appendix contains a full list of submitted DINs/CCO Drug Codes (Antineoplastic and Supportive drugs) to provide drug classification and associated Drug Origin Flag information. For a list of valid DINs, please refer to the Health Canada website Drug Product Database (DPD).
The table contains columns for CCO Drug Code, DIN, Drug Description, Drug Class Description, Drug Source Code, FDB Flag. CCO Drug Code is the CCO hybrid of the First Data Bank (FDB) drug number and DIN and it uniquely identifies the drug product. DIN is the Health Canada Drug Identification Number) which uniquely identifies the drug product. Drug Class Description, has values 'Antineoplastic' or 'Supportive'. For clinical trial drugs not yet approved by Health Canada, use the value 9999999A for antineoplastic trial drugs or 9999999S for supportive trial drugs.
Updates To the OH-CCO Antineoplastic and Supportive Drugs lists are made on a monthly basis.
